May 2012 US GlossyBox

Oh my gosh today's a great day

MY Glossybox came :)

After being one of the lucky few to get the very first US box I became hooked and just had to buy the May box. And after going through the May box I am planning on buying a box every month, They are just that good.

 Box Price $21.00

Phyto Paris Intense Hydrating Mask (Full Size Price $30.00) Made in France

 Glossybox Makeup Brush

Marvis Tooth Paste $7.50 Made In Italy

Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Refreshing Hyda-Gel (Full size $100.00) Made in South Korea (Hope I don't fall in love with this product because I can't afford it.)

Zoya Nail Polish Beach & Surf Collection "Wednesday" $8.00 Made in USA

Burberry Lipstick #202 Copper (Full Size $30.00) Made in UK

My expectations for this box:

Very High. Because after getting the first us box that wasn't released to the public I feel in love with this company and all the brands in the box so I was really hoping it would be amazing.

How they met:

Fantastic! Love the box just as much as the first. Can't wait to try everything. Very neat to try products from different countries that I've never heard of before.
I think this is a fabulous beauty box! If you have the extra $21.00 to spend each month I recommend this box. You'll love it :)

Review:

Haven't reviewed any of these products so if you'd like me too, just let me know in the comments below.

Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray

Hello, Love's

A while back now my mother bought a limited edition Birchbox and was kind enough to share a few products with me. One of those being Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray.
It's not as much of a traditional hair spray to hold a curl or style,
It gives your hair volume and a new life for 2nd-3rd day hair (aka Un-washed hair).

I love this design on the spray bottle/can.
The size that came in my mama's Birchbox was a small travel/purse size.
Which I've already all used up.
So I went ahead and payed the $39.00 dollars for the 8.5 fl oz bottle.
I know it will last me a pretty long time and I just love the product.

If you knew me you'd know that I must love this hair product if I'm willing to pay over $40 with shipping for a hairspray. I normally shop the lanes of Wally World for things like that and rarely spend over $9.99
But this product is just that amazing!

Birchbox site says

"Birchbox Breakdown

Part dry shampoo, part texturizer, this genius invention controls oils in dirty hair and gives clean but blah tresses instant lift. It makes everything more fun, from blowouts to messy up dos.

How it Works

Patented polymers absorb oil to give hair a rough n’ tumble sexy texture and adds a bit of hold to keep things in place — all without leaving any powdery residue.

How to Use

Hold can four to five inches away from roots and spray generously. Commence with styling. "

Expectations:
I didn't have any since I didn't know id be getting the product and I had never heard of it before, But once I read the box and more about it I was very excited to learn that it could be used as a dry shampoo.

End Results:
Love Love Love this spray! I'm glad to say I am no longer looking for a good dry shampoo because I've found a great product to make my hair look wonderful!
Also I have dark hair and this doesn't leave any powdery substance in my hair which is always a plus!

Id recommend this product to anyone, Mama's,Sisters,& Friends!

xoxo Emily

PS Sorry for the bad quality pictures, My lighting isn't very good today.

theBalm: Balms Away Eye Makeup Remover Review

Hello, Lovelies

So recently I discovered a product from theBalm that I hadn't tryed or even heard of before.
And that product is Balms Away.

I really wish I had known about this before now, because it's amazing.

What it is:
A vitamin-infused, skin-soothing eye makeup remover.
All you do is rub this salve like textured product on your eyelids and then wipe off with a warm wash cloth.

Cost: $20.00

(Isn't the packaging cute?!?! It looks like something you'd buy from an old time Apothecary.)

Expectations:
Not much, Wasn't that excited about it, Nor did I think it would be as good as it is.

End results:
Great! I'm now a BIG fan of Balms Away. I know I'll be buying it in the future.

Other nice things about this product is that it has none of the things listed below..

- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Synthetic Dyes
- Phthalates

Which these day's is great.

I love that it doesn't irate my eyes.

I have sensitive skin and sometines different products can really make my skin red or very dry and this hasn't.

I'd reccomend this to anyone looking for a good eye makeup remover.

This can be bought at
or

Dita Von Teese'e Makeup Line

News broke awhile back now that
World famous Burlesque dancer/Pinup model
Dita Von Teese
was going to be launching a makeup line with German brand Artdeco.

The line will include: powder compact, four blushes, a gel eyeliner & brush, pencil eyeliner, as well as 12 individual eye shadows, mascara, false lashes (with and without rhinestones), six lipstick shades, two lip liners, a lip lacquer and four nail polish colors.

A small sampling of some of the collection:
Lip Lacquer

Glamour Eyeshadow No.520 - Brunesque

Lipstick No.637

And it was just released that sadly the collection isn't going to be coming over to the states.

Teese's classic style will make for beautiful makeup that will only be able to grace the faces of European women.

The Art deco site lists what stores in Germany you can buy the products from starting in June.

Hopefully for us American gals who love makeup & Dita's classic look, Will be granted the pleasure in the future to try her collection.
I think it would only be fair since she is an American Girl!

Germany why must you Teese us... ;)
